Calibration Services
Calibration support for measuring instruments used in laboratories, manufacturing, civil engineering, healthcare, utilities, process industries and field applications.

Complete Technical Scope
The scope is finalized according to the instrument, sample, process, application, standard and client objective.
Calibration Scope
We support routine and specialized calibration requirements for instruments used for measurement, monitoring, inspection and quality control.
- Mechanical instruments
- Dimensional instruments
- Temperature and thermal instruments
- Pressure and vacuum instruments
- Mass and weighing instruments
- Electrical and electro-technical instruments
- Civil / construction testing instruments
- Selected NDT-related measuring equipment
- Special-purpose and non-standard instruments
- Laboratory and onsite calibration support
Typical Information Required
Sending complete instrument details helps us finalize the correct calibration scope and quotation.
- Instrument name
- Make and model
- Serial number or identification number
- Measurement range
- Least count / resolution
- Quantity
- Required calibration points, if specified
- Location: at lab or onsite
- Applicable specification or client requirement
How We Handle Calibration
Each requirement is reviewed before execution to ensure the range, parameter and calibration approach are technically appropriate.
- Review instrument details and intended use
- Finalize calibration parameter and points
- Confirm lab / onsite feasibility
- Coordinate traceability and calibration execution
- Issue calibration documentation as applicable
- Identify any abnormal condition found during calibration
Onsite Calibration
Onsite calibration is available where instrument size, installation, process constraints or logistics make laboratory calibration impractical.
- Site readiness and safe access
- Power supply and process isolation where required
- Load / fixture / reaction arrangement under client scope where applicable
- Safe lifting, shifting and handling support where required
- Adequate stabilization time before calibration
Common Questions
What instrument details should I send for quotation?
Send the instrument name, make, model, range, least count, quantity and a clear photograph of the nameplate. For onsite work, also send the site location.
Do you provide onsite calibration?
Yes, onsite calibration can be arranged depending on instrument type, range, required setup and site readiness.
Does calibration include repairing?
No. Calibration and repairing are separate activities. If a fault is identified, repair feasibility and charges are reviewed separately.
Can you support specialized or non-standard instruments?
Yes. Share photographs, manual, range and application details for technical feasibility review.
